We are looking for an energetic teacher who will support our program’s mission, vision and goals:
The Brookline World Language Program inspires all students to better understand themselves, each other, and the world by learning another language and its cultures in order to to become more engaged local and global citizens.
The mission of the Brookline 6-12 World Language Program is to guide students in their language development and multicultural understanding. Students engage in purposeful communication in a safe, welcoming environment. They learn about themselves, their peers, their community and the world through the use of thematic units that support comprehension.
GOAL 1: Language Development - Students will understand and then produce spoken and written language in order to interact with others. Over time, language will increase in complexity and students will be able to interact in a wider range of situations.

Therefore, students will explore and celebrate the perspectives and practices of multiple cultures including their own. They will apply their cultural understandings to reinforce and expand their knowledge in other academic subjects.
GOAL 3: Community Engagement - Students will become agents of change who are
